According to film website 'Movie Mistakes', Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith, the last film from the Star Wars Saga, apparantly had more continuity errors than any other film released within 2005.
A massive 142 mistakes were found in the galaxy trekking movie, and some of the errors found included a scene in which a stuntman's hand appears to replace Darth Sidious' frail hand; also the position of Anakin's scar was on a constant change, inappropriately switched lightsabers were also present and the survival of Anakin's eyebrows after his face was severely burnt.
No doubt Lucas feels clever now? "Nooooooooooo?"
